Diagnostic Fee Policy

If diagnostic testing is required to identify the issue, a $49 diagnostic fee applies.

If you approve the repair, the $49 diagnostic fee will be credited toward the final repair cost. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee remains due.
