Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without a fee when at least 2 hours’ notice is provided.

A $25 cancellation/no-show fee applies if the appointment is canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice, if the technician has already departed for the service location, or if no one is available at the agreed service address.
