Do you come to my home or office?
Yes. OnCall Device Repair is a mobile repair service. We can come to your home, office, workplace, or another agreed service location within our service area.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Eligible installed parts and labor include a 90-day warranty. Battery replacements include a 30-day warranty. Physical, LCD/OLED, liquid, impact, or unrelated damage is not covered.
What areas do you serve?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Cash App. Payment is due after the repair is completed.
Is there a diagnostic fee?
If diagnostic testing is required, the fee is $49. If you approve the repair, the $49 is credited toward the final repair cost.
Do you buy phones?
Yes. We buy phones up to 5 years old. Final offers depend on the device model, condition, storage, carrier status, IMEI/status, and functionality.
